The company was born out of more than just ambition- it was born out of purpose. Everywhere I looked I saw people with incredible talent, determination, and potential. Too many people carry 100% potential, but are handed 0 opportunities, people who could change their communities if only they were given a fair chance, but far too often those opportunities never come. That is what inspired me to act. I didn't want to wait for change, I wanted to create it, together with my partner we decided to build a company that opens doors where they've always been closed. A company that invests in possibility, uplifts people, and redefines what opportunity means in South Africa.

I know what it feels like to be hungry for success but stuck with no way forward. Growing up in South Africa, I saw how hard it was for talented, hardworking people to find opportunities- and I've lived it myself. The frustration of endless job searches, the weight of family responsibilities, and the feeling of being overlooked lit a fire in me. We started  ConnecTD to break that cycle- to help people not just survive, but thrive. This isn't just a business to me. It's a movement to create change, one connection at a time.
